How this score works

The tool weighs the same first-pass factors an architect checks on a site visit: which of the 32 entrance positions your main door sits in, the shape and slope of the plot, and where the kitchen, master bedroom and main toilet fall on the 16-zone grid.

It's deliberately conservative. A low score doesn't condemn a property — it tells you which questions to ask before you pay the advance. Most issues have measured, non-structural corrections.

What the 32 entrance positions mean

Each side of a property is divided into eight positions — N1 to N8, E1 to E8, and so on — thirty-two in all. The same north-facing door can sit in a supportive position or a difficult one a few feet apart; that's why "north-facing is good" is too blunt to be useful.

If you only know the facing direction, the tool uses that. The exact position is something we confirm together in a consultation, on your floor plan.

Common questions

Is this a sales funnel? The score is free and complete on its own. The optional report is also free. Nobody calls you unless you write to us first.

What if I'm already living there? The score still applies — and the Room-by-Room Self-Assessment (free tool E4) goes deeper for an occupied home.

What does a paid review add? The Selection Path compares up to three properties on their actual floor plans; The Clarity Path · Darshan reads the home you're in, room by room.
