For building new, or remodelling to the studs
The Design Pathsthapana · right establishment
Full architectural co-design for new construction or a major remodel — with Vastu built into the drawing from the first line, never remediated after the walls are up. We design the plan, the massing and the elevations so the direction is right by design, not by correction.
Who it’s for
When you’re building, not patching — and you want it right by design.
The top of the ladder. Choose Design when there’s a blank plot or a structure coming down to the slab, and you’d rather get the direction right in the drawing than spend years remedying it afterwards.
Building a new home
A plot in hand and a house to come. We design it so every zone sits right from the foundation up.
A major remodel
Taking a structure back to its bones. We re-plan the layout with the direction grid leading the design.
A commercial or institutional build
Offices, clinics, schools, retail. The principal’s seat, the money zones and the flow designed in from day one.
The two stages
It begins with a brief, then becomes a building.
Design runs in two stages: The Brief Path · Sankalpa sets the intent and the constraints, then The Design Path · Sthapana draws it — Vastu-led, by a registered architect.

Vastu leads the plan — not the other way round.
On a remedy path, the building exists and we work around it. Here the direction grid is the first layer of the drawing, and the architecture grows from it. The result needs almost no remediation, because nothing was placed wrong to begin with.
What you get · a designed illustration of the format
A design pack, not a report.
Drawn plates you can hand to a builder: the massing, the floor stack, the plans, the area statement, and two design directions to choose between — all with the direction grid built in.
Massing & floor stack, Vastu-led
The whole building in three dimensions — entrance in the NE, the brahmasthan kept open, each floor’s key rooms placed in the right zone before a single wall is detailed.
Zoning on the grid
Every room assigned to the zone that suits it — before the plan is drawn.
Drawn floor plans
Every level drawn to scale by a registered architect — ready to take to a builder.
The numbers, stated
Carpet and built-up area per level, coverage and FAR — the figures a builder and a bank both ask for.
Two design directions
The same Vastu-correct plan, shown in two architectural languages — so you choose the character, never compromise the direction.
The site, read first
Plot, road, slope and sun path mapped on the grid — the constraints the design has to honour.
How it works
Four steps, over the life of the project.
Design is an engagement, not a one-off report. We stay with you from the brief through coordination with your build team.
Brief & intent
The Sankalpa stage: your needs, the family, the budget, the plot. We set the constraints and the vision together.
SankalpaSite & zoning
We map the plot to true north, analyse slope, road and sun, and zone every room to the direction grid.
Stage 1Design & drawings
The Sthapana stage: massing, floor plans, area statement and two design directions — drawn by a registered architect.
SthapanaCoordinate the build
We coordinate with your structural, services and contractor team so the Vastu intent survives into construction.

Before you decide
The questions people ask first.
Do you replace my architect, or work with one?
Either. We have a registered architect who can draw the whole pack, or we co-design alongside the architect you already trust — with us leading the Vastu and direction so nothing is placed wrong.
How is this different from the Alignment Path?
Alignment remedies a building that already exists — it works around the walls. Design draws the building from scratch with the direction grid as the first layer, so almost nothing needs remediating later. It’s the top of the ladder.
What does “from ₹91,000 per floor” include?
It’s the starting point for the design pack per floor — brief, site analysis, zoning, massing, plans, area statement and two design directions. The final quote depends on the size, the number of floors and the depth of coordination your build needs.
Can you work on a plot outside India?
Yes. We design remotely from your survey, plot documents and local bye-laws, and quote international projects in USD. The direction analysis is the same wherever the plot is.
Will the design pass local building bye-laws?
The pack is drawn to respect coverage, FAR and setbacks, and we coordinate with your local architect for sanction. Vastu and the bye-laws are reconciled in the drawing, not left to clash on site.
What if I’ve already paid for a Clarity or Alignment report?
Any earlier-stage fee credits in within 60 days — you pay only the difference, and everything we already mapped carries straight into the design.
