Before you decide

The questions people ask first.

What do you need from me to start?

Floor plans for each option, a compass reading at every main door, photos of the rooms and surroundings, and the date, time and place of birth for everyone who’ll live there. We send a short form so nothing is missed — and a rough plan is enough to begin.

Can I compare more than three properties?

Each Selection report covers up to three options on one floor. If your shortlist is longer, we run them in batches — just tell us upfront and we’ll scope it.

Do you check the legal and financial side too?

We close the Vastu question completely and give you a five-point due-diligence map — legal, technical, financial, ethical and Vastu — so you know exactly what we’ve checked and what still needs your own advisors.

What if none of my options score well?

Then we’ll tell you plainly — better to keep looking than to remedy a deal-breaker forever. An honest “walk away” is part of what you’re paying for.

Is this astrology?

No. It’s a measured Vastu evaluation of each property on the 16-zone grid. We do check zone fit against your family’s charts, but the space is read on its own terms first.

What if I buy and then want a full report?

Then the ₹11,000 credits in full toward an Alignment or Design Path within 60 days — you pay only the difference, and we build on what we already mapped.
