Who we are
Aayatan Veda is a professional Vastu consulting practice run by Rohit Khandelwal (Vastu Acharya, COA CA/2004/34716, ITPI AITPI/2011-034), operating under RK HUF, Devendra Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. What Aayatan Veda provides
Aayatan Veda provides Vastu consulting services — analysis, assessment, and advisory opinions about properties based on the principles of Vastu Shastra.
Our services include:
- Free online tools and educational guides (Level 0 resources)
- Quick Vastu Review — a structured written assessment of your property
- Property Selection Review — guidance for evaluating a property before purchase
- Detailed Vastu Assessment — a full analysis with room-by-room recommendations
- Vastu-aligned Design Guidance — advisory input for renovation or new construction projects
These are advisory services only. Aayatan Veda is not an architectural firm, not a structural engineering firm, and not a legal advisory service. Our consultations do not substitute for licensed architectural drawings, structural engineering certifications, or legal advice on property transactions.
Any decisions you make regarding construction, renovation, purchase, or lease of a property are your own decisions, made on your own authority and at your own risk.
2. Nature of Vastu guidance
Vastu Shastra is a traditional system of spatial design and environmental harmony rooted in ancient Indian knowledge. Our assessments are professional opinions grounded in these principles, applied to the specific details of your property.
Outcomes are not guaranteed. Vastu guidance is advisory in nature. We apply consistent methodology and professional judgment, but we cannot guarantee specific results — financial, health-related, relational, or otherwise — from implementing our recommendations.
Different practitioners may interpret Vastu principles differently. Our reports represent the professional opinion of this practice, not a universal or absolute verdict on your property.
We present our findings with care, context, and honesty. We will not tell you a property is suitable if our assessment says otherwise. We will also not catastrophise or use fear to influence your decisions.
3. No remedies sold
Aayatan Veda does not sell Vastu remedies, objects, yantras, or any physical product of any kind.
Where our reports mention physical items — such as a specific type of plant, a colour for a wall, a material for a threshold — these are purely advisory suggestions. If you choose to procure any such item, that is your own decision and your own purchase from a supplier of your choosing. We have no commercial relationship with any remedy or product supplier.
We make this explicit because remedy sales create conflicts of interest. Our only product is honest professional advice.
4. Payment and refunds
Payment in advance. All paid services (Quick Review, Detailed Assessment, Design Guidance) are invoiced and paid before we begin work. We will not commence a paid engagement without confirmed payment.
Refunds. Refund decisions are at the discretion of Aayatan Veda and are handled case by case. If we have not yet commenced work on your engagement and you request a cancellation, we will consider a full or partial refund. Once work has commenced — meaning we have begun reviewing your documents and preparing your report — we do not issue refunds, because professional time has already been applied.

5. Intellectual property
All reports, written assessments, guides, and other documents delivered to you by Aayatan Veda are for your personal use only.
You may not:
- Redistribute, publish, or share our reports publicly without our written consent
- Reproduce our methodology, frameworks, or proprietary scoring systems
- Pass off our reports or content as your own work
The free educational guides and tools on our website are provided for personal use. You may share links to them. You may not copy and republish the content.
Aayatan Veda retains full ownership of all intellectual property in our reports, frameworks, and website content.
6. Limitation of liability
Aayatan Veda provides advisory services. We are not responsible for:
- Decisions you make based on our reports or recommendations
- Financial, structural, or legal outcomes arising from property purchases, sales, renovations, or other actions you take
- Delays, errors, or changes in your project that are outside our control
- Any third-party products or services you procure on the basis of our suggestions
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fee you paid for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from your use of our website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
We strongly prefer to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern, email us first at [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved in a direct conversation.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.
