Quick answers to the questions we hear most from app and portal users.

I can’t sign in to the portal or the app.

Sign-in is by email or phone, with a 4-digit one-time code (OTP). First, check the email inbox you used when you booked your engagement — an invitation link goes there. If you have access but the OTP screen is rejecting you, see the next question.

I haven’t received my OTP.

Check your email spam or junk folder — OTPs come from a Brevo sender address and can occasionally land there. If it’s a phone OTP, make sure you have a working data or SMS connection and that WhatsApp is installed on the number you registered. If nothing arrives within five minutes, you can request a fresh OTP after thirty minutes (we throttle requests to keep your account safe). If you’re still stuck, email [email protected] and we’ll sort it out by hand.

How do I pay a milestone fee?

Open the quote inside the portal and tap the Pay button on the milestone you want to clear. The button opens Razorpay’s secure hosted page in your browser, where you can pay by UPI, card, or netbanking. Once Razorpay confirms the payment, your portal updates within a few minutes. Razorpay handles all card and UPI details directly — we never see them.

How do I download my report?

Open the portal or the app, go to the Reports tab on your project, and tap the report you want. The PDF opens in your device’s viewer; from there you can save it, share it, or print it. If you don’t see a report you expected, it may not be released yet — reports are released after the corresponding milestone fee is cleared.

How do I update my name, phone, or address?

Open My profile in the portal or the app. You can edit your name, billing address, and GSTIN there. To change the email or phone you use to sign in, email [email protected] from the existing address — we verify the change manually before applying it, to keep your account safe.

I want to delete my data.

Email [email protected] from the email address on file with the subject line "Delete my data". We acknowledge within seven days and complete deletion within thirty days. A few things we have to keep for the period required by Indian tax law — full details are in our Privacy Policy.

I’ve lost my access link.

No problem. Open the portal or the app and tap Sign in. Enter the email or phone you registered with, and we’ll send a fresh OTP. If you’re not sure which email or phone is on file, email [email protected] with your full name and we’ll help you recover access.

The mobile app crashed or is showing a bug.

Email [email protected] with: your device model (e.g. iPhone 13, Samsung A54), your operating system version (iOS 17.2, Android 14), the app version (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen), a brief description of what you were doing, and a screenshot of the error if you have one. The more detail, the faster we can help.
